Elektra Solar GmbH, a German enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of new-energy electric fixed-wing aircraft, has ranked first in the comprehensive invention and application of new-energy electric aircraft at the European Air Show for three consecutive years.
The company has partnered with Suqian-Suzhou Industrial Park (SSIP) to establish Jiangsu Shengyi Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (JSSY) as its China R&D and manufacturing headquarters.
Its first assembled model is the Elektra Trainer, which will play a key role in China’s low-altitude economy, supporting scenarios including scenic sightseeing, general aviation talent training, low-altitude public security patrol, and LEO satellite relay communication platforms.
JSSY, in partnership with Suqian SSIP, will jointly develop the unmanned version of the Elektra Trainer with Elektra Solar to fit China’s operational needs: pilot training, low‑altitude patrol, border surveillance, traffic monitoring, tourism routes and public security. Clean, quiet and cost-effective manned/unmanned aircraft will drive new service forms, aviation development and job creation for China’s low‑altitude economy.
The company is building a nationwide maintenance and support network, and provides turnkey solutions including pilot training, technical maintenance and base operation support, enabling customers to focus on their core business.
To accelerate deployment, JSSY, together with partners, will offer favorable leasing plans for flight schools, tourism operators and public agencies, promoting the wide application of low‑altitude economy scenarios.
